I am not able to launch the Apache Jmeter executable file from Bin folder on windows.

I am not able to launch the Apache Jmeter executable file from Bin folder on windows.

I am getting the below message while launching and this pop up keeps on coming when i click on ok button.

Please help me if i am missing something. Ihave double checked the env variable configuration and it has been configured as it was instructed in the video for JAVA_HOME and path variables.
