Upload/Download file - Load test

SCenario 1 
The flow for Upload is as follows:
1>login to portal 
2>go to Documents
3>Upload a file 
4>Refresh list 
5>Logout 

How can I have  find the file upload time for 5,10 ,15,20 vusers.
how much time it takes to get uploaded and how much time it takes for Refresh List ?
Do I have to use Grafana

Download File 
1>login to portal 
2>go to Documents
3>Download the file which is uploaded 
5>Logout
